Brent was pleasant and also fixed the water leakage from the bottom of my mini-split unit. He repositioned the condensate line to allow water to flow continuously downward and out. He took and showed me pictures of the line in my attic. He stayed awhile to see if the leaking had stopped (no leaking so far!). Very helpful. Thanks!
