We Completely Rewired This Old Family Farm From The 1930s
Breathing New Life Into A Beautiful Family Farm
In SW Washington – From Top To Bottom!
See What The Family Had To Say About Such A
Complex Project And Our Overall Performance
Over the years, we’ve gathered hundreds of reviews of our SW Washington electrical/HVAC services. But there’s one in particular that’s much longer than all the others and very specific about the complex scope of work we did on their family farm.
Take a look!
Melanie does a fantastic job of explaining everything we did, along with the parts of our process that stuck out – not to mention our impeccable workmanship. While this is a somewhat extraordinary project (most aren’t this involved), it was a real pleasure.
Now, their family farm is all fixed up and ready to move forward.
Melanie’s Review Of Her Family Farm Project
“A big thanks to the Emerge Electric team! I highly recommend them! My old 1936 family home/farm needed a complete rewire, including the removal of knob-and-tube wiring and a lot of other old wiring for electrical, cable, and telephone service, as well as removing the ancient baseboard heaters.”
As a family-first, family-always company, we were really excited to get all this electrical work done for them.
The place needed a lot of TLC! In more modern homes, it’s less about old wiring/electrical and more about low-quality products/workmanship.
“The team totally rewired the house, installed new sockets, relocated sockets, installed ceiling fans, under-cabinet lighting, several new fixtures, and outdoor sockets, not to mention a new circuit breaker box and a whole new meter setup.”
And, without question, everything we installed was premium, top-quality, meant-to-last products.
We needed to ensure Melanie’s family could count on this new electrical system over the long haul. But that’s not all we installed…
“They installed a two-head, ductless mini-split HVAC system, and they dealt with the PUD inspections and work and final inspections. Not to mention, they even did the trenching and installation work for my long-time wish to put all overhead lines underground (what a safety and visual improvement!).”
She’s right. It was an incredible visual improvement to put the overhead lines underground (we wish we had taken some pictures!), but it also dramatically increased the complexity of the project.
Thank goodness we’re serious about maintaining clean & tidy worksites. But wait, there’s still more…
“They upgraded subpanels in four other structures, plus did safety corrections and installed a second mini-split system in an ancillary unit. All work was done with top notch quality materials, with good communication throughout the work.”
“The scope of work was worked out before all this happened when they came and listened while I reviewed my long list of repair and renovation ideas. They have always been prompt and helpful with all of my concerns and inquiries, always educating and informing me as we talked through the electrical needs.”
What’s nice is that our customer service efforts and processes aren’t oriented around generating sales.
We’re not salespeople.
We’re electricians, project managers, HVAC technicians, etc. Everything we do revolves around our company’s core values.
“The rest of the team was also terrific and responsive to any requests I had. This is a long review, but they did such a ton of work, and I am super-pleased with what they did to create and support a modernized, electrically much safer home. Thank you!”
Indeed, their entire home is now much, much safer with professional electrical and HVAC work to support it. We’ve worked on so many homes in the SW Washington area over the decades, and it continues to be quite an honor indeed for our own families.
